Massimo Iannone

The name of Maestro Massimo Iannone is synonymous with passion, dedication, and success in the world of opera.

His career, spanning over three decades, has been marked by an unrelenting passion for music and a constant commitment to training new generations of singers.

It all began at the Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella in Naples, where Maestro Iannone studied singing and piano. Under the guidance of Maestro Ettore Campogalliani and the great tenor Alfredo Kraus, he perfected his vocal technique and began building his career as a singer.

His debut came soon, with the leading role in Jacques Offenbach’s Orfeo all’inferno. From there, Maestro Iannone continued to specialize in the 18th-century repertoire, performing it in major theaters and international festivals.

But his passion for music wasn’t limited to his singing career. Maestro Iannone also worked as a journalist, collaborating with Italian newspapers and magazines. And, from 2020 to 2023, he was a vocal coach at the Puccini Festival Academy, where he had the opportunity to transmit his knowledge and passion for music to new generations of singers.

His masterclasses have reached every corner of the globe, from London to Paris, from Monaco to Berlin, from China to Japan, from Mexico to Australia, from the United States to Singapore, and in India, where he held the prestigious “Lectio Magistralis” “Recitar Cantando” at the Italian Institute of Culture in New Delhi.

Among his most prestigious awards and honors are the Premio Caruso, the Premio “Una vita per la musica”, the Premio Thomas Schippers, and his appointment as Honorary Professor at the University of Handan, China.

He reaches a wide audience with thousands of followers on social media, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and surpasses 5 million views on the web.

His career, awards, and online presence are a testament to his dedication and success, confirming him as one of the greatest artists and teachers of his generation.
