Seminars & Career Coachings
At LIMF, we believe that a young musician’s success depends not only on artistic excellence but also on a deep understanding of performance practice, personal awareness, and the broader professional landscape.
For this reason, we offer a dedicated Career Coaching and Performance Training pathway led by Anna Krimm, violist and educator with extensive international experience.
Anna Krimm teaches at both the ZHdK in Zürich and the Hochschule fuer Musik HfMDK Frankfurt, and serves as Co-Principal Viola of the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn. Her expertise spans performance training, historically informed playing, effective practicing, body mapping, and audition preparation, skills she applies daily with her students and brings directly to our participants.
The experience begins with her seminar:
“Performance Training: How to Use the Extra Energy On Stage”
A focused session on understanding physical and emotional energy during performance, and learning how to channel it toward expressive, confident playing.
The seminar is followed by SMALL GROUPS WORKSHOPS, where participants work hands-on to apply these techniques, refine their performance approach, and develop practical tools to carry into concerts, auditions, and professional situations.
PRIVATE SESSIONS with Anna Krimm may be booked upon request. These are considered additional activities and are not included in the tuition fee.
Since 2020, LIMF has expanded its activities beyond performance-related training to include a series of seminars with both in-person and online guest artists. These sessions address key topics in the field, including: music education, digital content, music management, music psychology, music and social impact, music research, and music entrepreneurship.
